Baseline Professional Services Corp. is a land
surveying company located in McHenry, Illinois. Our
Professional Land Surveyor is Steve Rossman. He is
licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin. He was born in
Crystal Lake, IL and has lived in McHenry County for the
majority of his life. Steve has been surveying for 23
years and takes great pride in his work and has high
standards for the surveys going out of Baseline P.S.C.
Steve is the co-founder and President of the company.
Baseline originated in Galena, IL in 1994 and has been
in McHenry since 2000.
Baseline P.S.C. performs all types of surveys: boundary,
topography, elevation certificates, engineering surveys
and any staking needs that one may have.
Baseline continually strives to utilize cutting edge
technology in the field and in the office. In the field
we currently use: a Trimble robotic total station with
reflectorless capability, a Geo Leica GPS system
connected to Kara Company’s Spider Network and other
conventional data collection equipment. All plats are
drafted on Autodesk Cad Software for a crisp final
product.
Baseline has full time office staff and field personnel.
